If we fail to ship your Tulsa-produced order by our promised ship date, +/- three business days, for any reason other than something out of our control - e.g. late return of proof materials, credit hold, request to combine with later items for freight savings, etc. - or circumstances generally recognized as force majeure - natural disasters, transportation strikes, etc. - we will issue a credit on the product value of the order, exclusive of art, plate, freight and any other miscellaneous charge.
