| All In-line flexo, post printed, hot stamped and stock handle bags purchased count toward point totals. | ||||||
| Distributor Rewards: One (1) point per M bags shipped, credited at the end of each calendar quarter. | ||||||
| Salesperson Rewards: Initial production of new custom brand earns 3 (three) points. Repeats earn 1 (one) point. | ||||||

| • Prepaid freight and plates for new brand* custom in-line flexo custom prints at 2,500 handle bags and above per size/item. | ||||||
